Steamed chicken breast, kabocha pumpkin, slow-cooked tomato, jasmine rice, seasonal greens. Cooked entirely by steam — no added oil, minimal salt — so the flavours come from the vegetables themselves.
Stir-fried clams, broccoli florets, silken tofu, red bell pepper, sesame seeds, and a Korean-style dipping sauce served on the side. Cooked over high heat to keep the clams plump and the broccoli with a bite.
